Welcome to The Country Learning Center - Agriculture Training Program (CLC-ATP). I’m Bradley “LT” Ingram, the founder of this transformative initiative aimed at empowering high school students through hands-on training in the agricultural sector. With over 15 years of experience as an Army Military Police Officer experience and a strong background in leadership, I am deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of agricultural leaders.

The CLC-ATP is not just a program; it is a passion project that embodies my belief in the power of education and mentorship. Guided by local Veterans, our program offers students invaluable expertise and life lessons, equipping them with practical agricultural skills while instilling the core army values of LDRSHIP: Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage. It is my mission to create a dynamic learning environment where students can develop both technical knowledge and critical life competencies essential for their future careers.

Throughout my career, I have cultivated a strong foundation in training, risk management, and interagency collaboration. From leading training programs at CN Railway to serving as a Captain in the United States Army, I have consistently aimed to motivate and empower teams. These experiences have shaped my understanding of the importance of safety, ethical behavior, and career readiness in all professional endeavors.
